At approximately 4 p.m., on June 3, emergency crews were notified that their assistance was needed at the scene of a slip and fall accident on Washington Street.

Reports from authorities show that a child fell out of a window near the 6th floor of the apartment building located at 150 Washington Street and landed on the ground below.
